Very close to the Court building and the recent Cascais PSP police station. There are countless advantages of opening a store in a Shopping Center like this one, instead of being located in a street store: greater circulation of people (because of the businesses already installed there, of which the following stand out: self-service laundry, hairdresser unisex, female body and nail aesthetics, stationery, shoe repair, shoe retail, supermarket, ironing, etc.), greater ease of access and parking, greater security (video system and receptionists from from 6:30 pm, on weekdays and Saturdays, and intrusion/theft alarms, fire, etc.), greater convenience (open all year round, except for certain holidays, including Saturdays, and on Sunday mornings) and greater interaction between different businesses, existence of common and shared services and facilities (separate male/female bathrooms, exclusive for shopkeepers, air-conditioned areas, ATM machine, etc.).
