Charming Villa and wine house in Sintra | Morelinho

In a rustic style and Mediterranean-inspired features, the 3-room house has a cozy open-space living room, with fireplace and kitchenette, red ceramic tile floors, two windows and doors to the garden.
The rooms have built-in wooden closets, shelves with hanging doors, cork flooring, which provides thermal insulation, and windows to the garden with metallic exterior shutters in shades of green.
The bathroom, located at the end of the corridor, has a window to the outside, a wooden ceiling, a shower tray with cabin, toilet, storage cabinet with sink and mirror flanked by tiles.
The entrance hall has a stove that keeps the house warm on winter days.
The presence of windows in all rooms, and garden doors in the living room, gives the house plenty of light and air.
All doors and windows feature metallic shutters in shades of green.

Whitewashed, the single-story house, surrounded by orange pavement and small niches of flowers and grass, reminds us of typical villages on the Mediterranean islands.

To the right of the main gate, at the entrance to the house, in perfect harmony with the surrounding space, we are welcomed by small orange carp that swim, in a lake, on rustic stone to the sound of the water cascading down.

The vehicle entrance is through a covered patio with a wooden and thatched porch.

In the surrounding rear space we can find a very large, reserved and green area, ideal for leisure activities, relaxation, rest or for receiving friends and family.
In the same location there is an old wine cellar, with a wine cellar, cupboards, shelves, barbecue and window to the outside. This space can be used as a lounge, dining or leisure room.
Above the wine cellar there is a large, sunny terrace with a magnificent view of the town, the Montserrate palace and the Pena Palace, Sintra's landmarks!

Located in a reserved and green location in the village of Morelinho, this villa is just a few minutes from the center of Sintra, as well as the palaces and gardens of Pena and Montserrate and approximately 7 km (approx.) from the beaches of Sintra. Adraga, Maçãs, Praia Grande, Azenhas do Mar and Cabo da Roca.

Morelinho is a rural village, on the edge of the Sintra mountain range, which belongs to the parish of São Martinho, whose history dates back to the beginning of the founding of Portugal, with D. Afonso Henriques.
The town was practically ruined by the earthquake of November 1, 1755 and was later rebuilt by the Marquis of Pombal.
Once a small agricultural site, it is currently one of the most cosmopolitan places in the region with a privileged view of the mystical Monte da Lua and access to numerous trails suitable for walks in the middle of nature through places where a diversity of plant species proliferates.
Sintra also offers a wide range of cultural, leisure and varied gastronomic activities.
