Stone house with building plot in Loivos da Ribeira, Baião

The house/farm, located in the center of the parish of Loivos da Ribeira belongs to the municipality of Baião and the district of Porto.
It is located at the beginning of the Alto Douro Wine Region, classified by UNESCO as World Heritage.
It is located 40 minutes from Vila Real aerodrome and 30 minutes from the A4 motorway.
