Constructive Aspects of the T3 Type House approved for the plot:

The structural solution adopted is the portico type of beams, pillars and slabs, sometimes lightened, sometimes in reinforced concrete;
To this end, the foundations will be opened to the depth deemed necessary, with a minimum of 0.60 m, and will be made of cyclopean concrete with a minimum of 180 kg of cement per m3 and incorporation of hard stone up to a maximum of 30%.

walls:

The exterior and interior walls will be made of concrete blocks, laid and internally coated with cement mortar with a 1: 5 ratio (tinned plaster). The thermal insulation of the exterior walls is expected to be carried out from the inside, in accordance with the Constructive Detail.
The walls of the different compartments will be plastered and tinned, to
run out of plastic paint. The kitchen and sanitary facilities will be coated with glazed ceramic material.
The exterior plaster must be finely sanded.

floors:

The covering of the interior floors will be in ceramic material, with the exception of the bedrooms and circulation space on Floor 01, which will be in floating floor. The exterior floors will be in precast concrete slabs.
The floors will be leveled with cement and sand mortar in a 1:2 ratio, predicting the thickness for the material to be applied.

The ceilings of the various compartments will be false, in plasterboard. Direct recessed lighting and some indirect lighting are proposed.

Roof:

The roof will be in cryptomeria wood structure, covered with ceramic tile of straw, regional type, brown in color.

Others:

The chimney will be prefabricated in stainless steel with a matte paint bath, dark gray.
