According to the PDM of Valongo the land is inserted in the category of Residential Spaces Type I (RI) and Type II (RII). We assume a construction index of 1 (1.2 for zone RI and 0.8 for zone RII) and we estimate the construction of 8 semi-detached houses, or we assume that the land is intended for the construction of a single-family house. There are no accesses and infrastructures will have to be made.
