In January 2018, I embraced the challenge as a real estate consultant at CENTURY 21 Realty Art, after a 25-year career in a banking institution where I have progressed and worked as head managers.
Until December 2014, I have been in the following areas:
- Monitoring of retail network customers as branch manager;
- Support to retail network branches as a consultant for the monitoring of small businesses and entrepreneurs on behalf of individual companies in more complex operations.
- Monitoring of customers of the network of companies;
-Integrated in the Marketing Direction, I followed the branches of the retail network and the network of companies, in attracting customers and promoting products and services of the bank.
The taste for commercial activity led me to join the century 21 Realty Art team.
I have spent my entire professional life, according to an increase in values due to a good performance for personal satisfaction, but above all due to a good service to customers, with competence, seriousness and quality.
The sale or purchase of a property does not happen often throughout life, has a great financial impact and is a complicated process that requires the support of specialists.
Many of the steps between the start and end of the process involve a lot of cooperation between all stakeholders so that all possible problems are resolved, and the whole process takes place in the best possible way.
It is a primary goal to promote real estate at the best price, without worries and in the fastest way.
It is also paramount to qualify and monitor buyers customers to help them find and present the property they want.
