I am a real estate advisor, a professional in this business, and I represent one of the most reputable real estate groups in the country, the Nações Group.

On 15 September 2008, the sub-prime mortgage industry collapsed, Lehman Brothers went bankrupt, and at the age of 26, I had recently left the UK to join a new project in Lima, Peru. At that very moment I made my first personal investment in the growing Peruvian new-build property market, achieving a 78% capital gain.

I combine strong professional experience in the real estate market with the highest level of customer service acquired in the best hotels in the world and have a track record of delivering exceptional results for every client I follow.

The extensive business background, includes significant experience with resales and a short but highly successful approach to new developments. Whether working with a first-time seller or buyer client, or securing the perfect investment property, my commitment is to make the real estate transaction process as seamless and efficient as possible by quickly assessing each client's specific needs and presenting them with the full range of options available to suit their lifestyle and budget. Prior to real estate, I had a successful career in the hospitality industry, working in some of the most referenced hotels in the world while managing a team to fulfill protocols to host presidential delegations, political parties, public figures from the sports and music industry.

During the last 10 years I have transacted approximately 54 Million Euros in properties. At this time, and representing the Century 21 Nações Group, I concentrate on properties in Lisbon and Setúbal districts.

My most notable deals include the sale of a property in Herdade da Aroeira for 1.1 M€, the representation of the foreign buyer for investment purposes of 5 units in the Happy Building for 1.65 M€, the sale of a Penthouse Duplex in Parque das Nações for 1.95 M€ and the sale of a Penthouse Duplex in one of the projects of the renowned architect Troufa Real for 1 M€.

My passions include travel, resort hotels, outdoor sports, real estate, architecture, interior design and photography.

A recent personal project includes the search for land for acquisition and future construction of a Blakstad architecture and design villa in the hills of El Portet-Pla Del Mar in Moraira, Spain.

I have resided in Parque das Nações since 2014. I am happily married to my beautiful wife, Jenifer, and together we have a son, Guilherme Alejandro. When I'm not working, my family and I love spending quality time together.
